Once the availability of the apartment is confirmed, a down payment of 35% of the total rate due for the stay should be made within 3 (three) days in order to have the FINAL confirmation of your BOOKING, otherwise the booking request shall be cancelled. Down payment shall be made by bank transfer using the bank coordinates provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY
From the moment of your reservation (even the day after) :

- If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive between 45-15 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 75% of the entire amount will be applied.

- If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive between 14-0 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire amount will be applied.

- If the guest fails to arrive and does not communicate in advance via fax or e-mail or phone the failure to arrive, a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount will be applied.

Guarantee for eventual damages of Euro 200 to give to your arrival and restitution to your departure.
